Gundibail Sunderam was an Indian cricketer who played in 2 Tests for India in 1955. He was a right-arm fast-medium bowler and a right-handed batsman. He was born in 1930 in Udupi, Karnataka. He played two Tests against New Zealand in 1955-56. In his first Test at Delhi, he finished with 1 for 99 as New Zealand piled up 450 for 2. In the next match at Kolkata, he took 2 for 46 off 21overs. He took the wickets of two opening batsman. This was his last Test match for India. He played for Mumbai and Rajasthan in the Ranji trophy. He passed away in 2010 aged 80.
